James Paul Fox, age 31 of Leesburg – Probation revocation;

Adam Lee Hudgins, age 19 of Cedar Bluff – Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree;

Shawn Patrick Stiles, age 24 of Gadsden – Burglary 3rd Degree;

Milton LaBron Hulsey, age 42 of Ft Payne – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Theft of Property 4th Degree and Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree;

and

James Wayne Shepherd, 82 of Gaylesville – Reckless Endangerment.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
