Kristen Gail Gray, age 36 of Centre – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Byron Scott Young, age 49 of Cedar Bluff – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia;

Terry Vernon Ogles, age 54 of Gadsden – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of No Tag/Utility Trailer;

and

John Edward Jordan Smith, age 21 of Rainbow City – DUI/Any Substance

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 97 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
