Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Kelly Nicole Gibbs, age 40 of Attalla – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana 2nd Degree, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Carrying a Pistol without a Permit;

and

Audrey Mae Virginia Fisher, age 26 of Centre – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Unlawful Possession of Controlled Service and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently there are 84 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
