Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Brian Michael Roebuck, age 25 of Centre – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Driving while license Suspended and Speeding;

Shane Fay Hudgins, age 34 of Gaylesville – Theft of Property 1st Degree;

and

Kerry Leigh Williams, age 40 of Gaylesville – Theft of Property 1dt Degree.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
