A Memorial Service for Mr. William Thomas “Scooter” Howell will be held – Saturday, April 17th at 2:00pm.
The service will take place at the pavilion, at Cherokee Rock Village (2000 County Road 70 in Leesburg).
Mr. Howell was a member of the Cherokee County Park Board from 2007 – 2020 and was a long-time member of the Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Howell was born August 23rd, 1945 in the Ft Payne area; passing away December 29th of 2020, at home.
