Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Patricia Ann Dupree, age 58 of Centre – Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree and Obstructing Governmental Operations;

Joey Todd Tierce, age 47 of Centre – Domestic Violence 2nd Degree/Assault and Interfering with a Domestic Violence Emergency Call;

Jesse Lee Trotter, age 38 of Cedar Bluff – Violations of the Sexual Offender Registration Notification Act (three counts);

Cheryl Lynn Maxwell, age 62 of Centre – Harassment;

and

Joshua Raymond Keshmiri, age 29 of Cedar Bluff – Failure to Appear on prior charges of Operating a Motor Vehicle without Insurance and No Driver’s License (two counts).

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently there are 65 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
