Cherokee County Arrest Files:

Jeremie Wayne Carr, age 28 – Christopher Dee Anthony Davis, age 30 – and, Shannon Renee Haney, 39 – all of Gadsden – were each charged with the Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance;

Cecil Mark Todd, age 57 of Gadsden – DUI;

and

Susan Rochelle Lett, age 37 of Centre.

Arrests are based on probable cause – all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Currently there are 62 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
