Cherokee County Arrest Files for Tuesday:

Joey Dean Mullins, age 30 of Gaylesville – Theft of Property 2nd Degree;

Bradley Wayne Hammett, age 32 of Piedmont – Failure to Appear on a prior charge of Burglary 3rd Degree;

Steven Nathan Smith, age 19 of Gadsden – Unlawful Possession of Controlled Substance;

Richard Brian Boles, age 40 of Piedmont – Domestic Violence 3rd Degree;

Marty Lee Womack, age 38 of Gaylesville – Public Intoxication;

and

Jody Ray Nails, age 42 of Rockmart, Georgia – Theft of Property 3rd Degree.

Arrests are based on probable cause – suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law

Currently there are 89 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
