Three suspects are now in custody following a chase involving DeKalb County Deputies and Agents near the Ft Payne Walmart Wednesday night.
According to a post on the Sheriff’s Office Facebook page, the chase, which was on Highway 35 – concluded near the intersection with County Road 835, after the suspects intentionally struck a DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office vehicle and wrecked.
Fortunately, no deputies were seriously injured.
A large amount of methamphetamine was reportedly recovered at the scene.
