A Sand Rock man escaped injury after the flatbed truck he was in overturned on Highway 68 near Blue Pond Road in Friday afternoon. The Leesburg Police and Fire Department, Sand Rock Fire Department, Rescue Personnel, Floyd EMS and Alabama State Troopers responded to the scene.
Traffic was backed up on the area for an extended period of time as crews worked to clear the scene.
The accident remains under investigation by State Troopers.
