One person was hurt in a single-vehicle accident occurring on Sunday morning in Cherokee County.
According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report, that mishap took place at 10:50am on Alabama Highway 273 at mile marker 4, and involved a 2003 Ford driven by a male resident of Leeburg. The report listed the driver as being hurt in that accident – but, no additional information regarding the extent of his injuries was noted.
The wreck remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
