The Cherokee County Board of Education had a Special-Called Meeting Thursday afternoon, apparently for the express purpose of accepting a Cedar Bluff school teacher’s resignation.
The meeting was held at 4:30pm at the Central Board Office in Centre with the sole item on that agenda being personnel action, which consisted of the resignation of Becky NeSmith, an English Teacher at Cedar Bluff School – effective immediately.
The Board approved the resignation and the meeting came to a close.
