Three people were hurt in a single-vehicle rollover on County Road 12 in the Spring Garden area at approximately 7:35 Tuesday morning.  That’s approximately a mile off County Road 29.  The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report listed that driver as Joshua Lee Roland and the two passengers as Cassandra Owens and Waylene Ingle – all of Piedmont.

No additional information was available regarding their injuries and all three were wearing their seat belt according to the report.

The cause of that accident remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
