Monday January 28^th     

 

Incidents

 

4 Arrests

Jarvis Cajuan Chambers, age 38 of Centre, was arrested on a Warrant for Domestic Violence at 8:18 am

Terry Edwin Simpson, age 57 of Henagar, was arrested for DUI at 8:24 am

Patricia Hope Galloway, age 20 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Prescription Drugs at 12:56 pm

Christopher Wayne Roden, age 31 of Fort Payne, was arrested on Eight Warrants at 6:36 pm

Incidents

Seized Property – Occurred at 2001 Glenn Blvd SW, a Poulan 18” chainsaw was recovered, valued at $195.00

Brandy Lynn Hairston, age 37 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Theft of Property and a Warrant for Theft of Services at 12:44 pm

Mauro Munguia Maldonado, age 40 of Rainsville, was arrested on Two Warrants at 4:50 pm

Robert Joseph Hairell, age 21 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Public Intoxication and Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Law Enforcement at 4:50 pm

1 Accident with 1 Injury

An accident occurred at 20^th Street NE and Godfrey Ave NE, Jennifer L Durham age 36 of Fort Payne, driving a 2005 Ford Taurus, struck Stacey Gail Willoughby, age 48 of Fort Payne, driving a 2014 Buick Vera. Willoughby was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Incidents

Fraudulent Use of a Debit Card – Occurred at 1709 Gault Ave N, charges of $110.72 were made without authorization

Theft of Property – Occurred at 202 Greenhill Blvd NW, Purina dog food was taken, valued at $1.99

Eric Tyler Gant, age 33 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Fleeing or Attempting to Elude Law Enforcement at 3:11 am

Terry Heath Helms, age 40 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 3:50 pm

Pamela Dawn Smith, age 29 of Elgin, TX, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a Warrant for Outside Agency at 7:14 pm

Adam Dale Hagan, age 40 of Elgin, TX, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana at 7:14 pm
