Mr. James Patrick Wisner, age 43 of Ft. Payne, AL passed away Wednesday January 16, 2019. A Memorial Service is set for 4PM Friday January 18, 2019 from the W.T. Wilson Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6PM until 8PM Thursday January 17, 2019 at the funeral home. Officiating will be Rev. Jeff Cole & Rev. Joey Bowman.
