There was yet another auto accident in front of the Centre Walmart; this one taking place at around 8:00am Wednesday, involving two pickup trucks and a passenger car.

According to an eyewitness, the car brushed one of the pickups then slammed into the other one, causing major damage to the second truck and the car; according to law enforcement officials, those involved were only shaken up and no one was transported for treatment.

The Centre Police and Fire Departments and Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office responded.

The cause of that accident remains under investigation by the Centre Police Department.
