A Henagar man was fatally injured over the weekend in a single-vehicle accident in DeKalb County.
According to that Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report the 1997 Lexus ES300 being driven by 23 year old Dakota Justin Blackwell left County Road 146 and struck a ditch approximately seven miles north of Ider.
The wreck occurred at 6:46pm Saturday and Blackwell was pronounced dead at the scene.
That accident remains under investigation by Alabama State Troopers.
