Mrs. Barbara Jean Farrell, age 74 of Centre, passed away Thursday, April 19th at her home.
Funeral services will be 2:PM Saturday, April 21st at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Melvyn Salter officiating. Burial will follow in Bethsaida Cemetery of Boaz. The family will receive friends from 12:PM until 2:PM at the funeral home.
Paul bearers include Caleb Ferrell, John White, Johny Farrell, Chad Evans, Jason Cannon, and Victor Bragg.
Survivors include her husband, Billy Gene Farrell; sons Michael (Lori) Farrell of Buford, GA, Greg (Dorothy) Hayes of Eastaboga, AL, Darryl Hayes of Port Angeles, WA, and Steven (Misty) Farrell of Centre; daughters, Teresa (Bill) Evans of Centre and Gina (Alan) Trexter of Stockbridge, GA; brother, Kenneth (Gail) Garrett of Southside; sisters, Virginia Dempsey of Dallas, GA and Shirley (James) Martin of Rainbow City; 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Farrell was a native of Etowah County and was the daughter of the late William H. Garrett and Della Amos.
