Mrs. Jeanette Crider, age 84 of Gadsden (Ball Play Community), passed away Wednesday, April 11th at her residence.
Funeral services will be 3 PM Sunday, April 15 at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Brent Poole and Rev. Thomas Ward officiating; burial will follow in Hebron cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 until 3 PM Sunday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers include Dustin Steed, Hunter Crider, Christian Crider, Greg Woods, Brandon Woods, David Rogers.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Mike Gilley, Lamar Driggers, Danny Stephens.
Survivors include sons, Bobby (Kathy) Crider of Centre, Chris (Natalie) Crider of Rock Run; daughters, Gloria Crider of Oxford, Lisa (Donnie) Gilley of Ball Play; 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; several nieces & nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L. Crider; brother, Bobby Woods; sisters, Betty J. Woods and Geneva Hill.
Mrs. Crider was a native of Cave Spring, GA,, the daughter of the late Andrew Jackson and Josephine Redden Woods and was a member of Pleasant Arbor Baptist Church.
