A Cherokee County man was pulled over on Highway 100 South at Martin Road for having a headlight out late Saturday night. According to Floyd County Jail records, 43 year old David Anthony Bone of Sand Rock was also charged with being a Fugitive from Justice after it was determined that he had an outstanding warrant here in Alabama – although the jail records failed to specify what charges he was wanted on locally.
