Identity Theft – Occurred at 116 8^th Street SE, a loan in the amount of $1700.00 was made without authorization

Failure to Pay for Gasoline – Occurred at 1800 Gault Ave N, $30.00 of gasoline was taken

 

4 Arrests

Mahala Elizabeth Thomas, age 23 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Insurance Violation at 7:55 pm

Edwin Esteban Herrera Martinez, age 23 of Millsboro, DE, was arrested for Heroin with Intent to Distribute, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 8:06 pm

 

Nancy Jo Robinson, age 45 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Outside Agency at 9:29 pm

Travis Tyrone Jackson, age 50 of Collinsville, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Prescription Drugs at 11:30 pm

Fraudulent Use of Credit/Debit Card – Occurred at 1401 Glenn Blvd SW, $456.00 of charges were made without authorization

Theft of Services – Occurred at 1114 Glenn Blvd SW, four meals were not paid for, valued at $31.96

Change Bills Circulating – a $20.00 bill was counterfeit

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 240 55^th Street NE Apt A 2, a hood on a 2002 Honda Accord was damaged, valued at $200.00

William Perez Ortiz, age 19 of Collinsville, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 10:16 pm

Uriel Alexis Quinteros Avila, age 19 of Collinsville, was arrested on a Warrant for Running a Red Light at 10:16 pm

Brian Maurice Smith, age 46 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 10:30 pm

Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 1412 Glenn Blvd SW, a hood and fender on a 2018 Hino 258 were damaged, valued at $2000.00
