Mr. William Clinton Blevins age 78 of Centre passed away Sunday April 2nd at his residence.
Funeral services will be 1 PM Tuesday April 4th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Keith Day and Sister Phyllis Mitchell officiating, burial will follow in Weiss Lake Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11 AM until 1 PM Tuesday at the Funeral Home.
Pallbearers include Terry Wheeler, Austin Wheeler, Joey Cleveland, Bill Rector, Byran Whitten and Hunter Cleveland.
Survivors include wife, Barbara Gowens Blevins of Centre; sons, Sidney Blevins of Leesburg, Tracy (Michelle) Blevins of Silver Creek, Ga. and David (Julie) Blevins of Piedmont; daughters, Deborah (Kenneth) Peek of Rome, Ga. and Tammy (Terry) Wheeler of Rome, Ga.; brothers, Russell Blevins of Ringgold, Ga., Charles Blevins, James Blevins and Tony Blevins all of Villanow, Ga.; sisters, Betty (James)Chappalear of Chickamauga, Ga, Alice (Earl) Rector of LaFayette, Ga., Carolyn Godfrey of Rock Hill, Nc. and Patricia (Steve)Kirkpatrick of Cartersville, Ga.; 11 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Mr. Blevins was a native of Dekalb County and the son of the late Clifford and Ottie Louise Haney Blevins.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
