William Allen Stowe, 90 of Centre, passed away Wednesday, January 11th at an Albertville Hospice facility.
Funeral services will be at 2 PM Saturday at Perry Funeral Home Chapelwith Revs . Eddie Nations and Melvyn Salter officiating; burial will follow in Cherokee Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends Saturday from 12 until time of service at 2.

Survivors include, Wife, Betty Grimes Stowe, Son, Don (Geraldine) Stowe of Centre, Daughter-in-law, Deborah Stowe of Centre, Brother, James Stowe, Paducah, KY, Sister, Helen Tatum, Rome, GA, four grandchildren, six great grandchildren and several Nieces and Nephews.
Mr. Stowe was a native of Cherokee County, Army Veteran of World War ll, member of Centre First Baptist Church, the son of the late William Robert and Lola Beatrice Weems Stowe and was retired from General Electric.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Centre First Baptist Church Building Fund.
