Mr. James Arthur Anthony, age 86 of Centre, passed away Sunday, December 11th at his residence.

Funeral services will be held Monday (December 12th) at 6:00pm at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Rickey Pollard officiating.

Burial will be 1:00pm Tuesday at Cherokee Memory Gardens.

The family will receives friends Monday from 4:00 – 6:00pm at the Funeral Home.

Survivors include son – Chris Anthony of McClean, VA; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Mr. Anthony was a native of Cherokee County, the son of the late James Forney Anthony and Wille Amanada Steppes Anthony.  He was a ,e,ber of the pIne Grove Baptist Church.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Pine Grove Building Fund.
