A three vehicle accident on Highway 35 Sunday afternoon resulted in three injuries.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency accident report listed those involved as being Nghia Giang from Indiana, driving a 2011 Toyota; 72 year old Gaylesville resident J. L. Atkins driving a 2002 GMC and Bobby Roberts age 25 of Lyerly, Georgia, driving a 2006 Ford.
All three drivers escaped injury – however three passengers in the Giang vehicle were hurt – 38 year old Lee Tu and two children, ages seven and five.
