A 34 year old woman, already in the Floyd County Jail, is now charged with being a Fugitive from Justice.
According to jail records, Allison Charlene Roberts whose address is listed as Lane Street in Rockmart, Georgia, was wanted in Cherokee County, Alabama for Failure to Appear charges in connection with a Probation Revocation – which is a felony offense.
She was also wanted for a misdemeanor Probation Violation.
