21 year old Randy Clowers, Jr. is now behind bars charged with murder and with three counts of aggravated assault in connection with the slaying of a man at the Chevy Club in Floyd County in April.
Floyd County Police said in a news release Wednesday that Clowers was arrested through a joint effort with the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office.
26 year old Justin Jamil Foster died after he was shot at the club.

The ATF recently issued a $2,500 reward for information on that shooting and on two additional shootings that agency officials believe were gang related.
Clowers is also facing a gang charge and is being held in the Floyd County Jail without bond.
