Change Bills Circulating – a $100.00 bill was counterfeit
Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, two pants, a shirt, socks and a pair of shoes were taken, valued at $22.00
Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 301 1st Street E, a windshield on a 2006 Chevrolet Impala was damaged, valued at $250.00

Melvin Christopher Moss, Jr., age 23 of Valley Head, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Pay Fines at 3:34 pm.
Rodney Wayne Harris, age 47 of Ider, was arrested on a Warrant for Failure to Pay Fines at 3:47 pm.
Alejandro Tomas Pascual, age 28 of Fort Payne, was arrested for DUI at 5:59 am.
Irelan Denese Younger, age 54 of Rainsville, was arrested for Theft of Property at 8:45 pm.
Steven Artis Ray II, age 32 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Attempting to Elude, Resisting Arrest and a Warrant for Probation Violation 11:39 pm.

An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd and Jordan Road SW, Charles Michael Edward Shelton, age 22 of Fort Payne, driving a 2000 Dodge Stratus struck Myron Joe Milligan, age 55 of Wilmer, Al, driving a 2013 Dodge Journey. Mr. Milligan was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Glenda Fay Helms King, age 50 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested on Six Warrants for Public Intoxication, Open Container, DUI, Judicial Court Services, Public Intoxication and Disorderly Contact at 12:48 pm.
Van Dewey Smith III, age 43 of Dawson, was arrested for Two Warrants for Public Intoxication and Warrants for Disorderly Contact and Giving False Information to Law Enforcement at 2:23 pm.
