Damaged Vehicle – Occurred at 3500 Gault Ave SE, a quarter panel on a Toyota Tacoma was damaged, valued at $1000.00.

3 Arrests:

Jordan Ray Shane Cowart, age 21 of Henagar, was arrested on a Revocation Warrant at 11:20 am.

2 Accidents with 1 Injury:

An accident occurred at Glenn Blvd and Prestwood Drive SW, Becky Lea Noria, age 52 of Fort Payne, driving a 1995 Mercury Grand Marquise, left the roadway and struck a curb. Noria was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.

Tuesday December 17th

Incidents:

Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 305 Ruby Tuesday Lane SW, a window on a 2007 Chevrolet Impala was broken out, $1000.00 in US currency, Verizon cell phone, purse, two car titles, and three checkbooks were taken, valued at $1595.00

2 Arrests:

William David Roberts, age 70 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Sexual Abuse at 11:08 am.

Sidney Christopher Blevins, age 32 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 2:45 pm.

Thursday December 19th

Incidents:

Possession of a Forged Instrument – Occurred at 2001 Glenn Blvd SW, a payroll check was forged, valued at $457.00.

Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 209 Lincoln Ave NE, a 6” x 3’ window pane was damaged, valued at $50.00.

Theft of Property – Occurred at 403 4th Street NE, a purse and driver’s license were taken, valued at $100.00.

Carey Lynn Joseph Koss, age 29 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Domestic Violence at 2:09 am.

Steven Ray Mitchell, age 36 of Rainsville, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Controlled Substance at 4:28 pm.

Shereela Lashay Underwood, age 22 of Valley Head, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Controlled Substance at 4:28 pm.

Jonathan Wade Elders, age 26 of Rainsville, was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Controlled Substance, Three Charges of Possession of a Forged Instrument, Probation Violation and a Revocation Warrant at 4:28 pm.
