Burglary – Occurred at 915 Alan Lane NW, a MacBook Pro was taken, valued at $2500.00
Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, sunglasses were taken, valued at $20.00

Shannon Lee Spears, age 38 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for Violation of Protection Order at 4:34 pm.
Scott Alan Lane, age 43 of Albertville, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 5:20 pm.
A 17 year old male juvenile from Fyffe was arrested for Carrying Brass Knuckles at 7:34 pm.
A 16 year old male juvenile from Fyffe was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 7:34

An accident occurred at Sanders Ave NE and 10th Street NE, Miguel Molina, age 65 of Fort Payne, driving a 2004 Cadillac Deville struck Gloria Garcia, age 18 of Fort Payne, driving a 2001 Mitsubishi Montero. Molina was taken to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
