Billy Ray Cyrus spoke with WEIS Radio’s Kim O’Brien by phone Thursday afternoon with their discussion centering on Cyrus’ new album release and the lead-off single – as he makes his long-awaited, highly-anticipated return to the country music charts.

Cyrus also shared with WEIS Radio listeners that he hasn’t completely abandoned acting, and he will be in a new movie coming out early next year and along with that, he’ll be touring across the U.S. in 2014, promoting his new album.

Cyrus also discussed growing up in his hometown of Flatwoods, Kentucky, along with his career in country music and in acting – and where he’s headed from here.
