Dylan Lee Sells, age 19 of Collinsville, was arrested for Theft of Property at 5:06 pm.
Terry Wayne Parks Jr., age 26 of Centre, was arrested for Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle at 4:06 pm.
Jeremiah Lamont Boyd, age 26 of Gadsden, was arrested on a Warrant for an Outside Agency at 11:12 am.

Theft of Property and Criminal Mischief – Occurred at 1107 Sherwood Drive NE, a bowl and ten chicken wings were taken, valued at $15.00.

Jeffery Ray Gillispie, age 52 of Section, was arrested on an Alias Warrant at 4:53 pm.
Lisa Lynette Lacey, age 50 of Fort Payne, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia at 10:57 pm.
Nichi Virginia McDaniel, age 39 of Fort Payne, was arrested on a Warrant for an Outside Agency at 11:46 pm.

Burglary – Occurred at 504 Logan St NE, a lock box with currency, two smoker grills, paper towels, and a spray nozzle were taken, valued at $208.00
Theft of Property – Occurred at Wal-Mart, a wrist watch was taken, valued at $11.00
Unlawful Breaking and Entering a Vehicle – Occurred at 200 medical Center Drive SW, two hunting knives were taken, valued at $45.00.

Jerry Dwayne Martinez, age 42 of Anniston, was arrested on a Warrant for Probation Violation at 5:05 pm.

Incidents:
Burglary – Occurred at 2200 Terminal Drive NW, a 25’ x 20’ metal sliding door was damaged, valued at $200.00
Burglary – Occurred at 833 Wallace Ave NE, a Smith & Wesson 38 Special and cell phone were taken, and a window was damaged, valued at $600.00.
1 Arrest:
Missy Sue Gilbert, age 46 of Henagar, was arrested on an Alias Warrant at 12:58 am.
2 Accidents with 1 Injury:
An accident occurred at Gault Ave N and 2nd Street N, Edferd Ray Aaron, age 68 of Fort Payne, driving a 2001 Dodge Dakota, struck Janice Goff Taylor, age 59 of Pisgah, driving a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country. Taylor was transported to Dekalb Regional by Dekalb Ambulance Service.
