An elderly woman was injured in a wreck with a tractor trailer Sunday afternoon in Armuchee.
According to the Georgia State Patrol report the truck turned into the path of 74 year old Barbara Fowler’s Mercury at the intersection of Georgia 140 and Martha Berry Highway.
She was taken to Floyd Medical Center – where her condition remains unknown.
The truck’s driver, 55 year old Jackie Dale Johnson of South Carolina – was charged with failing to yield while turning left.
