A 76 year old Marshall County man has been arrested on sexual abuse charges.
Arthur Olen Stapler was arrested Tuesday, and charged with two counts of Sexual Abuse of a Child; reportedly, the victim was under 12 years of age.
No additional information is being released at this time.
Stapler is currently being held in the Marshall County Jail with bond set at $100,000.
