LEESBURG– Slackland Baptist Church will host its Hallow-lujah Trail for children Sunday, Nov. 1, from 3 to 5 p.m.
The church is at 75 County Road 20, just off U.S. 411 between Leesburg and Etowah County.
Children will visit eight stations featuring Bible characters who briefly share their stories. They will also receive a snack connected to each story.
Afterward, each child will receive a book with coloring pages to help them remember and revisit the Bible stories.
The church also describes the event as a Christian alternative to trick-or-treating. Because activities take place indoors, organizers say rain should not be a major concern.
