TALLADEGA– Mothers Against Drunk Driving will recognize two Alabama Law Enforcement Agency troopers Monday, Oct. 26, for their impaired driving enforcement work.
The troopers serve in ALEA’s Highway Patrol Division. According to the agency’s media advisory, the recognition also highlights their work in DUI and drugged driving enforcement.
The ceremony begins at 4 p.m. at Shocco Springs Conference Center in Talladega. It will take place on the third floor of the Bagley Center, at 1314 Shocco Springs Road.
In addition, the event marks MADD’s inaugural law enforcement recognition. The program honors agencies across Alabama for their impaired driving enforcement efforts in 2025.
ALEA says the troopers’ work helps keep Alabama’s roadways safe. The agency has also invited media partners to attend the recognition ceremony.
MADD also works to prevent drunk and drugged driving and support victims of impaired driving crashes.
