In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Jennifer Runnells, age 43 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by an unnamed agency and unnamed charges.

Ricky Willard, age 40 of Fort Payne, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on seven previous charges.

Robert Bettis, age 45 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 1st degree attempted arson and 3rd degree criminal mischief.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 100 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
