In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:
Chelsee McMurtrey, age 30 of Centre, was arrested by the Centre Police Department for failure to appear on four previous charges.
Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 116 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
