In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Aaron Williams, age 35 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a court order.

James Stimpson, age 80 of Sand Rock, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 1st degree theft of property and 1st degree criminal mischief.

Avery Banister, age 26 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Rhonda Grace, age 46 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on a charge of driving under the influence.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 113 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
