ATTALLA— The Attalla Police Department has released a new photo of missing endangered person Nathaniel Lucas Jackson as the search for him continues.
Jackson has been missing since July 29. Investigators now say surveillance cameras captured him traveling through two areas that evening.
Cameras Trace Jackson’s Movements
According to police, cameras first recorded Jackson near a gas station around the intersection of highways 77 and 11.
Surveillance footage later showed him traveling toward the parking lot area near Cracker Barrel and Ruby Tuesday on Highway 77 near Interstate 59.
Police said the videos span approximately one hour, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. on the day Jackson disappeared.
Meanwhile, investigators continue working to locate him and determine what happened after the final known sighting.
Police Ask Public for Information
Authorities want to speak with anyone who saw Jackson in either area. They also want to hear from anyone who spoke with him or may have given him a ride.
In addition, police are asking nearby residents and businesses to review surveillance recordings from that time. The footage could provide information about Jackson’s movements.

Police are also asking the public to continue sharing the missing-person information while the search remains active.
