
CEDAR BLUFF-Two men fell from a housetop Monday afternoon while building a house on County Road 165 west of Cedar Bluff. Both were treated on the scene, with one being transported by ambulance to the football field at Cedar Bluff School for a medical helicopter to transport to UAB Medical Center in Birmingham for treatment. The other subject was transported by ambulance to Atrium Floyd in Rome.
It is estimated they fell about 20 feet to the ground.
No further details are available about their condition or how the accident happened.
Tucker’s Chapel Fire, Cedar Bluff Police, and Atrium Floyd EMS responded to assist with Cedar Bluff Fire Department setting up a landing zone at the football field.
