In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Heather York, age 34 of New Orleans, Louisiana, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Jeremy Hilton, age 40 of Iron City, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Gregory Reed, age 53 of Centre, was arrested by the Centre Police Department on charges of 2nd degree escape, the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and for failure to appear on three previous charges.

Sudip Hamal, age 39 of Corsicana, Texas, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of 1st degree rape and 1st degree sexual abuse.

Calvin Bush, age 41 of Odenville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on hold for another agency.

Dylan Helms, age 27 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of revoked bond, possession of a controlled substance, and for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Felecia Satcher, age 39 of Collinsville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of two counts of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance, 2nd degree possession of marijuana, and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 101 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
