In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

William Vessell, age 42 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Darren Terry, age 30 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Centre Police Department for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Alisha McCullough, age 51 of Anniston, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on three previous charges.

April Overstreet, age 52 of Centre, was arrested by the Centre Police Department for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Jaclyn Derochea, age 48 of Hokes Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Gary Hill, age 60 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a court order.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 81 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
