In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Branen Roe, age 49 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana, and the sale or possession of unlawful hemp products.

Amanda Kelly, age 46 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of revoked bond.

Michael Peed, age 39 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine, 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana, the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and the illegal possession of prescription pills.

Stephen Gaddison, age 56 of Collinsville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Michelle McCullough, age 45 of Oxford, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear on a previous charge.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 87 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
