Mrs. Shirley Bell Storey Inman age 82, of Gaylesville, Alabama, passed away peacefully at her residence on Thursday, April 23, 2026.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, April 26, 2026, in the Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Hank Storey officiating. Burial will follow at Mill Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, the family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 PM until the hour of service.

Mrs. Inman is survived by her son, Terry Van (Laura) Inman; daughter-in-law, Betty Inman; brothers, Wayne (Carlene) Storey and Donald (Myra) Storey; grandchildren, Kenneth Inman Jr., Kayla (Cariedan) Inman, Hannah (Dale) Herron, Amber (Nick) Skeleton, and Heather (Brandon) Mitchell; six great-grandchildren; and a special friend, Debbie Jo Webb, and a host of nieces . nephews, friends and other loved ones.

Serving as pallbearers will be Tommy Storey, Mickey Storey, David Storey, Lewis Storey, Tim Storey, and Randy Mize.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Artie White Inman; parents, Henry Emmitt and Irene Watwood Storey; Kenneth Allen Inman, and Artie Farrel Inman; brother, Henry Emmit Storey Jr.; and sister, Betty Highsmith.
