In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Dylan Edwards, age 32 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brittany Edwards, age 32 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph Spence, age 28 of Dalton, Georgia, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 80 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
