In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Kenneth Ferguson, age 54 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on charges of the unlawful possession of a controlled substance and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

James Crane, age 59 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of resisting arrest and public intoxication

Heather Rosser, age 38 of Piedmont, was arrested by the Alabama Department of Pardon & Parole on a charge of probation violation.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 95 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
