In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

Alexander Anderson, age 19 of Trion, Georgia, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on charges of 2nd degree unlawful possession of marijuana and the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.

Timothy Waites, age 49 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of 1st degree criminal trespass.

Jessica Stump, age 44 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of conditional release violation.

Matthew Harmon, age 45 of Leesburg, was arrested by the Leesburg Police Department on a charge of driving under the influence.

Chelsea Shuler, age 33 of Centre, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of the violation of a domestic domestic violence protection order.

Stephanie Warren, age 53 of Gaylesville, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of conditional release violation.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 86 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
