In the Cherokee County Arrest Files for the previous 24 hours:

David Rodriguez, age 35 of Gadsden, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department for failure to appear on two previous charges.

Lisa Bennett, age 43 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cedar Bluff Police Department on hold for another agency.

Tyler Davidson, age 35 of Cedar Bluff, was arrested by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of auto theft.

Arrests are based on probable cause; all subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Currently, there are a total of 84 inmates housed in the Cherokee County Detention Center.
