Volunteers Invited to Earth Day Clean-Up at Little River Canyon Next Saturday

Volunteers are being invited to take part in an Earth Day clean-up event set for next Saturday, April 25th, at Little River Canyon.

Organizers say participants will meet at 10:00 a.m. at the Little River Canyon Center before spreading out to clean the Little River Falls parking lot, picnic areas, and nearby trails. The effort is part of a community-wide initiative to help preserve and beautify one of the region’s most popular natural attractions.

All ages are welcome to participate, and organizers note that all necessary clean-up supplies will be provided. Those planning to attend are encouraged to bring a water bottle, wear sturdy footwear, and pack snacks if needed.

The event is expected to last a few hours and offers residents an opportunity to give back while helping maintain the natural beauty of Little River Canyon.
